Pre-treat stains
Oil and grease spots are pre-treated with a degreaser. Hot water is used where the stain has soaked into porous concrete.
Rotary surface cleaner pass
A 16–20 inch rotary surface cleaner covers evenly — no zebra striping from a handheld wand. Edges and corners are finished by hand.
Rinse and protect
Everything is rinsed clean, landscaping is washed down, and the area is left spotless.
