We identify what is growing — algae, mould, mildew or moss — and the material underneath it. The solution is mixed to match.
Protect landscaping
All plants, shrubs and lawns around the work area are pre-wetted and covered where needed. Runoff is controlled.
Apply the soft wash solution
A biodegradable solution is applied at low pressure — under 100 PSI — and left to dwell. It kills the organism at the root, not just the surface.
Low-pressure rinse
The dead growth is rinsed away at the same low pressure. The surface is clean, the material is intact, and the landscaping is rinsed down.
